The former owner, Dave Baker, remains an integral part of our team and is recognized as one of the top window treatment designers in the country. Our other team members—Matthew Wyatt, Ken White, Liam Erickson, Jordan Gabbard, Megan Boord, and Robyn Boylan—bring a combination of skill, integrity, and a personal touch to every project.

Meet the Owners

Michael Holton grew up in Poteau, Oklahoma—home of the World’s Highest Hill (Cavanal). After attending the University of Kansas and briefly pursuing a music career with his band, E Double, he married a Texas Longhorn while working at Camp Ozark in the Ouachita Mountains. At their wedding, Michael’s dad gave the advice, “You should move to Colorado, I wish I would have.” That moment sparked a new chapter, and Michael’s family moved to the mountains. Over the years, he’s had the privilege of working with Vail Resorts, Beaver Creek, and Vail Health, all while raising three amazing kids.

Brady Herbert grew up in Borger, Texas, and went on to attend Baylor University, where he met his wife. He earned a BBA in human resource management and real estate before pursuing an MDiv in theology from Truett Seminary. Brady served as a pastor in Waco for 11 years before moving to the Valley in 2018. With family already living here, this move felt like a natural fit. Brady has been part of the Mountain Blind Man team since 2019.
